(More customer reviews)When I ordered the product it didn't show anywhere how many doses it had. So I clicked on the first picture of the product to enlarge it and it read 6 applications. I never clicked on the second picture because they looked identical. I was surprised to recieve a box with 3 applications and my paperwork was circle on the 3. I relooked at the web site and still didn't see where it said 3 months instead of 6. Then I clicked on the second picture to enlarge it and saw the 3 applications. Since I have purchased the product it looks like they have removed the 6 month one but I still feel riped off. If the product doesn't specify do not go by the picture.

(More customer reviews)I care a lot about my two cats and wanted to get them something that wouldn't harm them.I've read a lot of bad stuff about Frontline and Advantage.Most of the other competitors use something that is basically the same as what those two use.Basically Frontline and Advantage contain a neurotoxin that can be extremely harmful to your pets and humans.Not cool.

I looked up some more natural methods.Always remember - *Natural does not mean non-toxic*.Just because something is man-made doesn't make it toxic and just because something occurs in nature doesn't make it safe.I read some things about using garlic to help dogs avoid fleas - apparently at least somewhat ok for dogs, but can be very toxic for cats.Found some essential oil treatments... also looked like it could be toxic.

So I looked up this stuff.Program is completely different from Advantage and Frontline.The active ingredient in it is Lufenuron.I did as much research on it as I could and basically found that it is chemically inert for mammals.The chemical stays in the pet's fat and doesn't affect them at all supposedly.One study I read basically said "we gave them extremely high dosages of it and found that there is no lethal or harmful dosage".Basically they pumped some animals full of as much lufenuron as they could and nothing happened.Sounds good to me!

Lufenuron DID however get included in a biocide ban in Europe because of its supposed toxicity to zooplankton - unsurprising since lufenuron inhibits chitin production.Chitin is what the exoskeletons of fleas are made out of (this is how it kills flea reproduction on your pet) as well as the exoskeletons of zooplankton.

(More customer reviews)My product came quickly without any problems.However, I applied the product and it acted as a poison to my cat.Contacted the vet and they stated this product SHOULD NOT be on the market.Animals have died from applications of BIOSPOT.My cat lot his balance and became very lethargic.The vet immediately washed my cat and gave him medicine.I have researched on the internet that this product has a class action suit against it for the death of many beloved animals.Please do not put this on your animal!!!

(More customer reviews)been down the road with flea and tick collars.Most seem to work when they are new.After the first month it's down hill all the way.Also, after having problems with another brand and was looking for something that was vet recommended.This comes with that recommendation.However the proof is in the pudding as they say -- or in this case the pussy cat.

This stuff does what is say.It stops fleas.So do your pets the favor.They will thank you.It's given once a month on their shoulder blades.Nothing I have ever used works this good.

Enough said.

Caution:Some cats get determined to twist themselves in a pretzel to lick this.I can caused them to foam at the mouth and make them hyper for about 24 hours after.Solution is easy.Take an old sock and trim the toes for an opening for kitty's head and the cut two arm holes.Makes a kitty' vest and will keep them from licking their shoudlers.Keep them in it for about 24-36 hours.No problems.
