It lasts about two and a half to three weeks if it's raining a lot. It does kill every flea that touches him. Another thing I like about this product is the repelling ability. It kills whatever is on my dog, and keeps new bugs away. I use K9 Advantix every month, and my dog stays happy. Remember: You get what you pay for, and your dog won't be happy if you're using the cheap brands under $10. You might as well throw your money away, because fleas are immune to the lesser-brand medications now.
Also, I'm glad to see Amazon selling this MUCH cheaper than other stores. I went all over the internet looking for cheap meds for my dog. Then I thought, I'll check out Amazon, they sell everything. Shop around, you'll see.
