(More customer reviews)I have been very pleased with this product.It is a generic version of Demand CS.It has no smell, and did not stain anything on my house.The bugs were quick to die, and, over the course of the next 7 -10 days, the product continued to visibly kill, as I kept seeing new bug carcasses.It has a sustained release mechanism, so it is supposed to work for even longer than that.I can not attest to the longevity of the residual kill, because it took care of the infestation really well.I have to admit, I did enjoy seeing the little pests drop of the wall at random.The squeeze bottle has a built in measuring cup for easy measuring.The only complaint I have is that the measuring cup does not have enough quantity levels marked on the side (1 oz. 1/2 oz. etc.), but it is still useful.Using this product saved us several hundreds of dollars vs. using an exterminator.I still have enough concentrate left for 8 more applications at the higher concentration rate.The direction booklet is small, so I recommend downloading a copy of it from the company's website - much easier on the eyes.It was very easy to apply with a compression sprayer.I will definitely use this again if I need to.Now if sealing the cracks in the wall through which the bugs are entering the house was just as quick and easy......
