(More customer reviews)I bought three packs (total 9)the first day I used 2 in the basement (20 x 40 ft)at first, as directed...no effect, thought, well, maybe too large space or too many fleas...put four down two days later...same result...put last three down the 4th day...NO EFFECT...doors and windows were shut, no animals were allowed down there, I did everything right...useless, useless item...first time in 7 years of Amazon have I requested a refund...they did it within 2 hrs of my call...HOORAY for Amazon, BOO to product
